Summer Rays Shipping Policy

We’re excited to send a little sunshine your way! Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we ship your Summer Rays order.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer. We’ll always do our best to keep things moving quickly!

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.
Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (Australia): 3–7 business days
  • Express Shipping (Australia): 1–3 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days depending on destination

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship within Australia and to select international destinations. If your country isn’t listed at checkout, feel free to contact us to see if we can accommodate your request.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order. Summer Rays is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, contact us at summer_rays_clothing@outlook.com and we’ll work with the carrier to investigate. While we’re not liable for carrier-related issues, we’ll do our best to help resolve them.
